We remain open for business for both new and existing clients and all of our offices are fully operational.

Our preferred method of communication is by email, telephone or video conferencing and we have the facilities to accommodate these.  However, if you need to come in and see us in person, please email or telephone us first  to book an appointment.  We need to continue to protect the health and welfare of our staff and clients and so we are unable to see anyone without prior arrangement.

If you do need attend our office, you will need to:

  • Wear a face covering (unless you are exempt);
  • Allow our receptionist to take you temperature with a non-contact thermometer;
  • Scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code at reception or, if you do not have the App, allow our receptionist to take your contact details;
  • Use the anti-bacterial solution provided on the reception desk and in the meeting rooms; and
  • Ensure social distancing with all participants of the meeting.

Please do not attend our offices if you exhibit any of the symptoms below:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
